TOO MUCH PAPER??
Foster & Schmalkuche, P.C. is pleased to offer a paperless option for tax correspondence. Please follow the instructions below to “opt in.”
If you are interested in receiving your tax documents electronically instead of receiving paper documents, please let us know by sending an email message to: email@example.com.
Once you choose this option, all future tax communications will be sent to you via email in PDF format. This includes: tax organizers, tax returns, and quarterly estimated tax reminder postcards (if applicable). Tax documents will always be sent with password protection for your security. You will no longer receive paper copies of these documents.
Remember, you must let us know via email if you choose the paperless option. The message must be sent from the email address that you want us to use for all future communications. Please be sure to include your full name as it appears on your tax return, and if applicable, any additional names that are opting in with the same email address. (for example, children’s names, corporation/partnership/LLC/trust name, etc.)
Once you opt in, be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contact list, and remember to notify us if your email address changes.
